In addition to his role as Managing Director at Gen2 Capital, he has been Managing Director at SCHAEFER Precision Manufacturing since 2025, where he is responsible for production and technology.
Maximilian Krause studied business administration at the European Business School. He has 8 years of professional experience at various leading management consultancies with a focus on restructuring and transformation programs. In addition to his role as Managing Director at Gen2 Capital, he has been Managing Director at SCHAEFER Precision Manufacturing since 2025, where he is responsible for sales and finance.
